Before making an appointment to view a home.  Please make sure you have the following:

1.  Your Section 8 Voucher from the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority. And your moving packet. Only applicable for Section 8 tenants).

2.  Your ID.

3.  A copy of your paystub or proof of income (if applicable).

4.  An application fee (it varies).

5.  Security Deposit (it varies).  To better serve you please be honest on the amount that you have currently.
